Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

Orders placed before 3:00 PM NZDT will usually be dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 3:00 PM NZDT will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or next business day
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day

We use trusted New Zealand courier services for all deliveries.


Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate $7 shipping
  • Orders $50 or more: Free shipping New Zealand wide

Rural Delivery

Additional rural delivery charges may apply depending on your address.


Delivery Timeframes

Most parcels are delivered within 1–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Overnight delivery targets may apply to selected metro areas but are not guaranteed
  • Rural deliveries may take longer
  • Public holidays and peak periods may cause delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.


Delivery Issues & Claims

Any shortages, damaged parcels, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

Delivery is considered complete once the parcel has been delivered to the address entered at checkout.


Parcel Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update
  • Check around your property, mailbox, safe drop areas, and with neighbours
  • Allow time for courier investigation if required

Important notes:

  • Replacements cannot be issued until the courier investigation is completed
  • We will keep you updated throughout the process
  • Late claims may be declined by the courier company

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information entered at checkout.


Order Cancellations

If we are unable to supply or deliver an item, we may contact you regarding replacement, delay, or refund options.
